Garmiyon Mein Dehydration: Wo Khamosh Qatil Jis Se Aapko Bachna Hai!
Garmi ka mausam shuru hote hi hamari body aik jang larna shuru kar deti hai. Pakistan ki shadeed garmi mein pasina ana aam baat hai, lekin jab ye pasina hamare jism ka sara pani nichor leta hai, toh shuru hoti hai "Dehydration".
Bohat se log ise mamooli samajhte hain, lekin kya aap jante hain ke susti, sirdard aur chirchirapan dar-asl aapke jism ki faryad hoti hai ke "Mujhe pani chahiye!"

Sirf pyas lagna hi nishani nahi hai. Agar aapko ye mehsoos ho raha hai, toh hoshiyar ho jayein:
Har waqt thakawat aur nind ka ana.
Chakar ana ya aankhon ke samne andhera chana.
Zaban aur hont khushk hona.
Dehydration Se Bachne Ke 5 Kudrati Aur Asaan Hal
1. Pani Pine Ka Sahi Tareeqa:
Sirf tab pani na piyein jab pyas lage. Apne pas aik bottle rakhein aur har 15-20 minute baad do ghoont piyein. Yaad rakhein, barf wala thanda pani meday (stomach) ke liye acha nahi hota, matkay ka thanda pani behtareen hai.
2. Phal Jo Pani Se Bharpoor Hain:
Garmiyon mein Allah ne hamare liye aise phal paida kiye hain jo kudrati "Water Tank" hain. Tarbooz (Watermelon) khayein, is mein 92% pani hota hai. Iske ilawa Kheera (Cucumber) aur Kinu ka istemal lazmi karein.
3. Desi Mashrubat (Traditional Drinks):
Cold drinks aur pack wali juice ki bajaye desi cheezon ki taraf aayein.
Sattu ka Sharbat: Ye jism ki garmi ko marta hai.
Nimbu Pani (Lemonade): Ye namkiyat ko poora karta hai.
Doodh ki Lassi: Ye pait ko thanda rakhti hai.
4. Dhoop Se Dosti Khatam Karein:
Zaroori kaam ho toh hi 12 se 4 baje ke darmiyan bahar niklein. Agar nikalna pare toh hamesha sar par geela rumaal rakhein ya chatri ka istemal karein.
5. Chai aur Coffee Kam Kar Dein:
Chai peene se peshab zyada aata hai jis se jism ka pani mazeed kam ho jata hai. Garmiyon mein chai ki bajaye sabz chai (Green Tea) ya sirf pani ko tarjeeh dein.
Conclusion (Aakhri Baat):
Aapka jism aapki sab se bari milkiyat hai. Ise khushk na hone dein. Aaj se hi ehtiyat shuru karein aur din mein kam az kam 10 glass pani ko apna hadaf banayein.
