Hum sab ki zindagi aaj kal aik race ban gayi hai. Kabhi kaam ka load, kabhi ghar ki tension, aur kabhi bas bewajah ki bechaini. Hum aksar sochte hain ke sakoon tab milega jab hum kahin paharon par chutti manane jayenge. Lekin sach toh ye hai ke sakoon aapke Yoga Mat par chupa hai!
Yoga Sirf "Twisting" Nahi Hai!
